"Please welcome our new lobby office administrator, Julius Alexander Mendoza. Julius will be working at Shipley Square on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 10AM to 2PM. He speaks Spanish fluently and some Japanese too. Keep in mind that he is not our security guard but will be monitoring video surveillance cameras, courier deliveries, door access security, and day-to-day items on behalf of the association. Julius officially started on Monday, August 13, 2007."
